SOFTWARE We have got up to date software that makes documenting compliance and record keeping simple
PAYMENTS made to your chosen bank account every fortnight
FINDING THE RIGHT TENANT We offer advertising and marketing packages to suit your needs.
INSPECTIONS We complete thorough and detailed pre and final inspections. Routine inspections are done every three months unless you or your insurance company request differently. All inspections include a detailed report with photos. Once a year you can request a video walkthrough inspection
R.T.A Adherence to the Residential Tenancies Act.
RENT ARREARS We have a zero tolerance policy for rent arrears and complete daily checks to ensure rent is paid on time.
